Privacy policy

No accounts, no identity checks

PEX does not require registration and does not collect names, documents, or identity verification to let you swap. Connecting a wallet does not create an account.

What we never collect

• Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords — we never ask for them and cannot receive them.
• Identity documents or KYC data.

What is processed

• Wallet address and swap parameters — sent to liquidity and routing providers so they can return a quote and build your transaction.
• Support messages — the name, email, optional wallet address, and message you submit are delivered to our Telegram support channel so the team can reply.
• Basic technical data — standard server and hosting logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.

Public blockchain data

Transactions you sign are recorded permanently on public blockchains. That data is outside our control and cannot be deleted by us or by you.

Third parties

We rely on blockchain RPC endpoints, routing/liquidity APIs, and Telegram for support. Each processes data under its own policy.

Cookies

PEX uses only what the site needs to function, such as remembering your interface preferences. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers.
