What PEX never does

• We never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password. Nobody legitimate ever will.
• We never take custody of your funds or hold a balance on your behalf.
• We never move assets without a transaction you signed yourself.

How settlement works

Every swap settles on-chain through audited, widely used liquidity and bridging infrastructure. Your wallet approves a specific spend amount and signs a specific transaction — both visible in your wallet before you confirm.

Staying safe

• Check the domain in your address bar before connecting a wallet.
• Read the approval amount in your wallet prompt; revoke old approvals you no longer need.
• Start with a small test amount when trying a new route, or use testnet mode first.
• Treat any direct message offering "support" as a scam. We only reply in our official Telegram channel.

Reporting an issue

Found a vulnerability or something that looks wrong? Send it through the support form with as much detail as you can share. We read every report.
