Terms of service

Last updated: September 2026

1. What PEX is

PEX provides a website interface for building and signing cryptocurrency transactions on public blockchains. PEX is not a broker, custodian, or exchange operator and does not take possession of your assets at any point.

2. Your wallet, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys, and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. PEX cannot cancel, reverse, or recover a transaction once it is broadcast.

3. No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices shown are estimates supplied by third-party liquidity sources and may change before your transaction settles.

4. Third-party infrastructure

Swaps route through independent liquidity providers, bridges, and blockchain networks. PEX does not control these services and is not liable for their delays, failures, or losses.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use PEX where doing so breaks the law that applies to you.
  • Do not use PEX to launder funds or handle proceeds of crime.
  • Do not attempt to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Availability

The interface is provided "as is" and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEX is not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the interface or from the behaviour of any blockchain or third-party service.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use PEX after an update means you accept the revised terms.
